Roominate

Roominate aims to develop the development of spatial skills, hands-on problem solving skills, and confidence with technology.  Using motor and light circuits, modular furniture building pieces and walls, Roominate empowers kids to build endless amazing creations!

LEGO Chain Reactions is packed full of ideas, instructions, and inspiration for 10 LEGO machines that spin, swing, pivot, roll, lift, and drop. Each machine alone is awesome, but put them together and you get incredible chain reactions. Then, combine the machines in any order you like to create your own chain reactions!

Snap Circuits

Snap Circuits makes learning electronics easy and fun! Just follow the colorful pictures in the manual and build exciting projects, such as FM radios, digital voice recorders, AM radios, burglar alarms, doorbells, and much more! You can even play electronic games with your friends. All parts are mounted on plastic modules and snap together with ease. Hours of educational fun while learning about electronics!

MakerStudio

Designed by engineers for budding engineers, Maker Studio Construction Sets inspire imagination! Use this set to transform ordinary objects (like boxes) into working, kinetic inventions. Once built, put your creative-thinking and problem solving skills to the test and use your creations to complete engineering challenges.

Engineering Team Challenges

Team challenges teach students to work with each other while completing a common goal.  Some of those challenges include:

-Make the strongest table out of recycled paper

-Make a bridge out of straw and tape to see which group can make the strongest bridge

-Make towers/bridges out of toothpicks and gumballs

-Create a robot out of recyclables

-More

Marble Genius Marble Run

Marble Run is great for kids to learn important science and engineering concepts while developing fine motor skills and having fun!  Create an infinite amount of mazes while learning important STEM concepts.

Meccano Meccanoid

The Meccano Meccanoid G15 Robot comes with over one thousand phrases and voice recognition to make your personal robot more like your best friend!  Use an app to build, program and play with this fully-operational, 2-foot-tall android, powered by 6 motors for realistic movement.

Using real tools to assemble the robot and Meccanoid's Meccabrain to guide you through connecting its motors, you can build and rebuild Meccanoid as a dinosaur, or anything else you can dream up. With your imagination and 600 parts to play with, the possibilities are endless!

Meccanoid has Learned Intelligent Movement (LIM) technology which allows ease in programming.  Simply move its arms or speak to it and Meccanoid records what you’re doing and repeats it back to you!

GoldieBlox

GoldieBlox's story and construction set bolsters confidence in spatial skills while giving young inventors the tools they need to build and create amazing things.

With GoldieBlox there are not only pieces to build but a story that comes with each set.  The importance of role models are crucial at this age, and along with engineering, GoldieBlox brings cool, interesting, smart and relatable characters and stories.
