Spanish for Kids

 

K-5th Grade - Beginning Spanish through the use of videos, board games, workbooks and more in a classroom environment.  

 

Students learn from using Rosetta Stone, a video series and their teacher to speak Spanish in relevant life-like situations.  

 

Rosetta Stone teaches Spanish through blended language learning.  The video series storyline is relatable and humorous to children with colorful and entertaining characters.  It combines immersion with visuals and adds a good dose of humor and fun making it easier to retain than painful memorization.

 

Kids also learn by using workbooks and playing games that teach Spanish in a friendly environment.  Students learn Spanish together in a fun and exciting way!

Who:  K-5th Graders

Time: 4-6pm (PRE)

(classes occur for the first 60-75 minutes, rest of class will be an "End of Class Activity" found on the MENU above)

Cost:  $99/4 weeks

Location:  Piney Ridge Elementary School

Transportation:  Transportation will be offered from Freedom, Linton and Carrolltowne to class (Piney Ridge Elementary School) for a $25 transportation fee every 4 weeks.
